We can start by testing your stool/poop with GI map testing. Once I receive your results, we will schedule a Zoom meeting to go over your results in detail. 

I will also provide you with food recommendations,  the best supplement suggestions and  lifestyle changes to get you started. There is always the option to join the Harmonized Gut Program later, which is where the real magic happens!
